STEP 4 - Intake Form

  • Intake Form submitted
  • Delegated Administrator Training Scheduled
  • Intake Form added to SR

STEP 5 - Training, Configuration, and Testing

Customer Responsibility:

  • Create business units, accounts and customizations
  • Delegated Administrator Training via webinar or our classroom

Deliverables:

  • Trained Delegated Administrators
  • Setup and Configuration complete
  • User Acceptance Testing Complete

STEP 6 - Deployment and Support

Customer and SFT Responsibility:

Deliverables:

  • SFT Solution Success
  • SR Closed
  • Survey sent to Customer
